Tom Rapke, MBA, was born and raised in Camden, New York and went on to pay his way through college at St. Lawrence University by working for a construction company pouring concrete foundations. It was during this job that he developed his interest in how houses are constructed and how each system works. Tom went on to get his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and work for two Fortune 500 companies; Jim Beam and Target, where he continued to develop his experience in logistics and manufacturing, learning to efficiently and effectively take single components and make them into highly desired finished products. He was Lean Six Sigma and ISO 9000 trained, and hopes to leverage these skills to provide detailed and efficient home inspections for his clients. Tom graduated from the American Home Inspector Training in 2021 where he learned the most up-to-date New York State standards of practice. He lives with his wife and two young daughters in Central New York and is passionate about informing families about the condition and safety of their homes. Tom hopes to offer peace of mind to his clients, one inspection at a time.
